Footwear will be reviewed, joint range of motion and muscle flexibility assessed, and efficient running technique taught. Whether you are new to the sport or have been running for years, Jenna will help you reach your running goals.

Knee injuries are what Jenna is passionate about. Having worked with orthopaedic surgeons for over four years and successfully rehabilitated her own knee after six knee surgeries she has extensive hands on experience. Receive a thorough and comprehensive assessment and treatment plan.
